What this site collects
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only information it collects is what you choose to send through the contact form or an assessment’s optional “email me this result” box.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent to Neotrix Systems and stored in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet that only Neotrix staff can access, so we can respond and keep a normal business record. We use them for no other purpose, and we do not sell or share them for marketing. If the form can’t reach our server, it falls back to opening a pre-filled message in your own email application instead.
The assessments
Assessment answers and scores are computed in your browser and are not transmitted or stored — unless you use the optional “email me this result” box, in which case the email address you enter, your score and the assessment name are sent to Neotrix Systems (handled exactly as contact-form submissions above) so we can email you the result and, at most, follow up once about it.
Google services, hosting and fonts
Form and assessment submissions are processed by Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets under Neotrix Systems’ Google Workspace account. The site is served from Amazon CloudFront, which maintains standard operational request logs. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request required to deliver the font files.
Information you send us directly
If you email or call Neotrix Systems, we keep what you send for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a normal business record. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
